Project background—— Jiangmen talent Island planning area is located in the east of ChaoLian Island, with a total area of 214.92 hectares, extending to Fujiang Expressway in the East, Chaozhong road in the west, Xijiang in the South and ChaoLian Avenue in the north. It is positioned as the "talent training group" of the international talent island to build a talenttraining base with international education level. The structure of "one axis, one belt, two centers and four pieces" is planned and designed. The renovation of Luwan village is included.
